  The Investigative Services Bureau is commanded by a Captain and provides the City of Winter Haven with professional and skilled investigators who are available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week. This bureau provides follow-up investigation on  criminal incidents not resolved by a patrol arrest. Units contained within this bureau include General Investigations, Special Investigations and Property and Evidence Division.
